Well lick me till Ice-cream! If super sweet and absolutely clueless were a person, you'd be a Nick. Let's start by admitting that Nick hasn't had his fair share of life experience, but he tries his best! So what if he looks at a check and calls it paper…with numbers? He makes up for it in other ways, like being able to remember his 12-step skincare routine and bake a mean apple crumble.

Nick basically represents every Gen Z trying to enter the adulting scene after barely surviving a pandemic and their very first recession (adorbs). He somehow managed to score an internship with a local start-up, and his boss has had enough.  Last week, he couldn't enter a zoom meeting because the password was too long and when he does, he refers to his manager as Boss-lady or Taskmistress.

The only business advice he seems to have is investing in a staff coffee machine and posting relatable TikTok's and memes. Oh, and how could we forget his obsession with casual Fridays? Game-changing stuff we tell you. Ok he deserves more credit. After all, he was hired for his 'Fresh Ideas.' When he isn't taking a weekly mental-health day, he does wonders for the company's marketing and PR strategy.

Who else is going to develop snowflake-friendly content that won't end up getting the company canceled? We do have a suspicion that sucking up to his manager with compliments and doughnuts is what gets him by. Seems like he'll do almost anything to keep his job, except work.
